Clear information about using the platform, electronic signatures, privacy, billing, and your responsibilities.

Last updated: Aug 21, 2026

What information the platform handles, and why.

Information provided by account holders

When you create and operate a workspace, the platform stores:

  • Business and workspace information (name, branding, settings)
  • Account information (name, email, authentication records)
  • Client records you enter (name, business, email, phone, address, notes)
  • Contract, template and document content you create or upload
  • Signer information and electronic signature records
  • Billing records held by our payment processor (we do not store card numbers)

Technical information

We process technical information such as device and browser details, timestamps, IP-derived request metadata and usage events. Electronic signature records include timestamp and request metadata as part of the audit trail.

How information is used

Information is used to:

  • Provide authentication and keep workspaces isolated
  • Operate contract creation, sending, signing and document storage
  • Maintain audit trails and security
  • Process subscriptions and billing
  • Prevent fraud and abuse
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve the product
  • Meet legal obligations

Service providers and subprocessors

We share information only as needed with the providers that run the platform — hosting, managed database and authentication, and payment processing. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Workspace data is retained while your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy legal, accounting and audit-trail obligations. You can request deletion of your workspace data through the contact page; some signature and billing records may be retained where required.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information. Submit these requests through the contact page and we will respond in line with applicable law.

Cookies and analytics

The platform uses browser storage that is necessary to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences.

Security

We use access controls, row-level data isolation between workspaces, and encrypted connections. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we make no claim of any certification or compliance programme that has not been independently confirmed.

Children's privacy

The platform is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes and contact
