Subscription & Billing
How plans, renewals, taxes and cancellation work.
Plans and billing frequency
Paid plans are available with monthly or annual billing. Annual billing is charged once per year and is priced at the equivalent of ten monthly payments. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated from your billing information and added at checkout where required.
When charges occur
The first charge occurs at checkout. Subsequent charges occur automatically at the start of each renewal period (monthly or annual) using the payment method on file.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Your current plan, billing frequency and next renewal date are always visible on the Billing page inside your workspace.
Cancellation and access after cancellation
You can cancel a future renewal at any time from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, the workspace becomes inactive and contract creation and signing links stop working.
Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Billing questions can be raised through the contact page.
No free trial
There is currently no free trial. The interactive demo is the product preview, and a workspace is created after a successful subscription payment.
