The following activity is prohibited on the platform:
- Fraud, forgery, or identity theft
- Impersonating a person or business
- Applying or requesting unauthorised signatures
- Sending contracts you have no authority to send
- Falsely representing signing authority
- Any illegal activity or content
- Uploading malware or malicious files
- Harassment or abusive use of signing links
- Attacking, probing, or overloading the platform
- Attempting to access another customer's workspace or data
Enforcement
Workspaces engaged in prohibited activity may be suspended or terminated without refund, and unlawful activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
